DEALER'S CHOICE #2

Dealer’s Choice is a new project where the team grab the recipe book and go freestyle on a set of small batch brews. The second release in this series is Elliot’s Dry Stout. Rich and robust, Swoop was brewed with roasted barley for smoky notes and velvety chocolate malt, with a dry-hop of US Chinook for subtle flavours of pine and spice. It has Magpies on it because Elliot loves Magpies.
