Dealer’s Choice is a new project where the team grab the recipe book and go freestyle on a set of small batch brews. The third release in the series is Ross's Blood Orange and Pomegranate pale. We blended pomegranate and blood orange for tart berry and sweet juicy notes with a little zesty bitterness. Brewed on a base hazy pale, dry hopped with Summit for aromas of pink grapefruit and black pepper. Oh yes, there will be blood.
